In his illustrious career, Robert has sold in excess of $1 billion in property, representing private investments, international funds and developers with consistent success. Robert has marketed and sold apartments and townhouses of all varieties, from large properties in top buildings on Central Park West to downtown lofts and numerous condo and coop sales of all sizes city-wide. A few of these sales include properties at 15 Central Park West, 157 West 57th Street; 56 Leonard Street and 153 Franklin Street in TriBeCa; 88 Bedford Street and 13 Leroy Street in the West Village. In addition to marketing apartments and townhouses Robert also specializes in multi-family and commercial properties such as 39 Lispenard Street, 326-332 Canal Street as well as Walgreens locations in North Carolina, Minnesota and New York that were triple net leased properties.
